An oasis in the bustling city
Our stay was nothing short of delightful, waking up to a sumptuous breakfast while the attentive staff ensured every need was met. The historic charm of the hotel was breathtaking, and the pools provided a much-needed respite after exploring the vibrant streets of Merida.
However, noise from the nearby entertainment venue made evenings less peaceful than one would prefer. It was particularly intrusive on weekends, which could dampen the overall experience for light sleepers.

historic charm, stunning ceilings, lovely courtyard with plunge pool
Intrusive music from the nearby entertainment venue disrupts evenings!!! A stronger air conditioning system would improve comfort during warm nights!!! The close proximity to busy streets may not suit everyone!!!

We stayed in a Suite for one night and really enjoyed the spaciousness, our room even had a private patio! It felt very private and cozy. The decor was stunning, giving it a unique vibe. But, the bathroom lacked ventilation, made it a bit steamy. The bedding wasn’t the comfiest—kind of lumpy and thin, which was disappointing for the price. Still, the overall charm of the hotel helps balance things out.
